WHEN TO USE
Recommended amounts vary depending on your body weight but on average we advise having 5g directly before or after a workout as per the below:
- Add 1 scoop (5g) to 200-250ml of water or fruit juice.
- Mix for 5 seconds and drink.
HOW TO USE
- Take 1 serving 30 minutes before training and another immediately after.
- On rest days take 1 serving in the morning and another in the evening.
